I started my first packet of Sensa last night. I could tell a difference when I was done eating I was not hungry anymore. I hade gastric bypass and have gained about 15 pounds. So, I am going to stick with the Sense for a few months and see if I can get about 15-20 pounds off. But, i did not have any cravings to eat after my meal last night. Ususally I get the munchies after I eat but i didn’t last night and I was supprised.

The ad is true that there is no taste, packaging makes it easy to use, just ZERO results. This is not magic weight loss dust — wish I had my money back to spend on new walking shoes!

This product came with a set of sweet & a set of salty packets. It does have a strange taste and odor- but I didn’t find that it made me feel any fuller. I wouldn’t waste money on this again…
