says for weight loss but it didn’t stop any cravings, or help with my appitite at all. I didn’t notice any change in the way I felt or in my appearance (after taking it every day for 30 days) Don’t waste your money!

The capsules are like 3/4 full & mostly capsule. I don’t like that. I open them up & empty the contains into my mouth rather than take that big capsule (whatever it’s made out of). I’m presently looking for some softgels that I Do like. This product is Cheaply made in my opinion, I Know there is better out there for the money, it’s if you want to spend the extra $$ or not. I’ve heard Good things about this product, like Dr Oz. I’ve been taking it for about 1 month and don’t know if it’s all that it’s cracked up to be. I Do take other suppliments that after at least a month I have noticed a difference. I am Holistic so I try to stay current with my suppliments…With All the Whoop-la about this one I really expected more?? And as ALWAYS it could be me. Softgel is a A++, just watch it when getting it from This site…I’ve had prob’s with delievery. Like I’m STILL waiting (3 weeks & counting!) for some softgels I ordered from amazon!! Patient but Bummed.

I have just completed one month of the Sensa Kit. It did nothing for me. And I have to say that I really didn’t care for the flavors of either the “salty” or “sweet”. The salt flavor tasted like mold and the sweet tasted like some fake kind of coolaid. So it was really hard to use a lot of it…but I do suggest not buying this product. It truly isn’t worth the money.
