7 Minute Diet Book Review – 7 Minute Diet Scam?

The 7 Minute Diet is a new weight loss program created by Jon Benson, Kelli Jennings and Nathan Hopkins, well known experts in nutrition and fat loss. In the program, these 21 habits are called Fat Burning Switches. The idea is that by making these switches a part of your routine you will be turning on or turning up your body’s fat burning capabilities.
I believe that the 7 Minute Diet is no scam for the following reasons:
1. Jon Benson is known world wide as a transformation life coach. He emphasises mental strategies to create excellent lifestyles, fat burning programs like the EODD diet and great physical fitness programs like the 7 Minute Muscle.
2. The 7 Minute Diet teaches easy to perform habits and tips that can help you burn a lot more calories fast.
3. The results of this diet are impressive. People lose weight with it. That’s the bottom line.
4. You can get The 7 Day Diet and try it for 8 weeks. If it is not for you Jon will give you back every penny of your money.
The 7 Minute Diet is not a reduced calorie diet, low carbohydrate diet, low fat diet, or a high protein diet, but it will enhance any of these diets by causing the body to burn more calories from fat. The 7 Minute Diet is not an exercise program but it will increase the calorie burn of any exercise program.
Most of the 21 lifestyle habits involve simple nutritional tips that can help you to boost your metabolism and increase the rate in which you burn calories. Some of them even help you improve the internal hormonal balance in your body and improve fat burning. I do believe that the 7 Minute Diet can be a great program to help you lose weight.
